Public Safety

The mission of police assigned to Lowell Housing Authority is to provide a safe and pleasant environment where Lowell Housing Authority residents can live without crime or other problems. Our goal at the LHA Precinct is to serve residents and provide a safe and peaceful atmosphere where they can feel a sense of community. We are committed to working with LHA residents to identify and solve problems in a pro-active manner. Our officers and staff are available to assist from 8:30AM to 11:00PM Monday through Friday.

We are located in the Armand Mercier Community Center at:
