The Dewey Archambault Towers has 194 units located in one seven story high rise building. It has 2 handicapped units and a large accessible community room. It also has a kitchen area for meal preparation. The Archambault Towers is located approximately 3 blocks from the heart of downtown Lowell with accessibility to shopping (food and clothing), pharmacy, dentist and doctors offices, banks, barbershops and hairdressers. The facility is adjacent to the Lowell Community Health Center, a full service health center. It is also located within 2 miles of both Lowell General Hospital and Saints Memorial Hospital. It is on a bus route and gets free bus service to food shopping. The development has a card key entry system for security. The development has on-site services including: meals for minimal cost, a store, cosmetology services, and a supportive services coordinator, just to mention a few.
