View All Properties Description: The Francis Gatehouse is a 90 unit community with 8 handicapped units and an accessible community room with a kitchen facility. It is located approximately 2-3 miles out of the downtown area. Less centralized than other properties, residents must access services via bus, cab or car. The many services of the Downtown Lowell area are available to residents. The development has a card key entry system for security. Services: The LHA has a capable, courteous, and professional management and maintenance staff who are always eager to provide superior service to residents who live in our properties. Throughout our various programs the LHA seeks to encourage self-sufficiency and homeownership among the people we serve. While continuing to provide a comfortable, clean and safe living environment throughout our properties, the Authority focuses on providing superior services and programs to meet the ever changing needs of our residents.
