The community room has a small kitchen area adjacent to the room. The residents of the development can easily access the services of the downtown Lowell area. Services: The LHA has a capable, courteous, and professional management and maintenance staff who are always eager to provide superior service to residents who live in our properties. Throughout our various programs the LHA seeks to encourage self-sufficiency and homeownership among the people we serve.
