View All Properties Virtual Tour Description: The Lawrence & Faulkner Street apartments is a small elderly complex consisting of 27 units within 8 buildings. It has 3 handicapped units. The complex has a small accessible community room that can be utilized for purposes of meetings, informational sessions and health screenings. Located approximately 3 - 4 miles out of the central downtown area it is somewhat less centralized than other LHA developments. However, it is located on a bus route and residents can access the services available in the downtown area of City of Lowell by bus, cab or car. Services: The LHA has a capable, courteous, and professional management and maintenance staff who are always eager to provide superior service to residents who live in our properties. Throughout our various programs the LHA seeks to encourage self-sufficiency and homeownership among the people we serve.
