Description:
The George W. Flanagan Village is a 33 building mixed family/elderly community consisting of 166 units (6 handicapped units). The population includes a number of elderly/disabled individuals. The development has a handicap accessible Community Center that is located on the grounds of the development.

The Agnes Davis Community Center is used for training and other activities for youth and families and can accommodate groups of people for informational sessions and computer training. It also has kitchen facilities. The development is within a half mile of a supermarket and pharmacy. It is located on a easily accessible bus route to the Lowell downtown area where the numerous services and activities, as noted in the above description, are available. The Agnes Davis Community Center is currently in operation and open 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Monday through Friday. It is also available for night and weekend scheduling.

The LHA has a capable, courteous, and professional management and maintenance staff who are always eager to provide superior service to residents who live in our properties. Throughout our various programs the LHA seeks to encourage self-sufficiency and homeownership among the people we serve. While continuing to provide a comfortable, clean and safe living environment throughout our properties, the Authority focuses on providing superior services and programs to meet the ever changing needs of our residents.
