View All Properties Virtual Tour Description: The Harold Hartwell Court is a 25 unit family community perched on a hill overlooking the City of Lowell. Units are large and spacious. Less centralized than other properties, residents must access services via bus, cab or car. The many services of the Downtown Lowell area are available to residents. Services: The LHA has a capable, courteous, and professional management and maintenance staff who are always eager to provide superior service to residents who live in our properties. Throughout our various programs the LHA seeks to encourage self-sufficiency and homeownership among the people we serve. While continuing to provide a comfortable, clean and safe living environment throughout our properties, the Authority focuses on providing superior services and programs to meet the ever changing needs of our residents.
