View All Properties Virtual Tour Description: The North Common Village is a 36 building mixed family community consisting of 524 units. It has a sizable elderly/disabled population. This development has ten handicapped units and a large handicap accessible Community Center located adjacent to the development. The Mercier Community Center can accommodate large assemblies such as for resident meetings, training programs, services, informational sessions, and health screenings. Services: The LHA has a capable, courteous, and professional management and maintenance staff who are always eager to provide superior service to residents who live in our properties. Throughout our various programs the LHA seeks to encourage self-sufficiency and homeownership among the people we serve.
