On August 2, 2018, the Year 2018-2022 Capital Plan Budget of the Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) is available for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period. A copy of the Capital Plan Budget is available for review at the Executive Office, located at 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA, during regular office hours and is posted on our website www.lhma.org. The Executive Office is wheelchair accessible. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to persons requesting assistance. The Capital Plan Budget is scheduled to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before September 20, 2018.
A Public Hearing to accept oral or written comments on the Plan previously scheduled for August 15, 2018 has been changed to September 17, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. The Public Hearing is scheduled to occur at the Meeting Room at the Mercier Center located at 21 Salem Street, Lowell, MA.
