MEMBERSHIP HAS ITS BENEFITS!

RENT INCENTIVES:

The JobsPLUS Earned Income Disallowance (JPEID)

  • As a JobsPLUS member, your rent may not have to increase. This is because you qualify for JobsPLUS Earned Income Disallowance (JPEID).

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT JPEID?:

  • With the JPEID, 0% of a resident member’s wages from new employment or an increase in earnings at current employment are counted when calculating rent!  This means that a member’s rent will not increase as a result of an increase of earned income. JPEID neutralizes any rent increase due to rising income.
  • JobsPLUS also offers incentives for residents to get and keep a job.  By signing up for JobsPLUS and becoming a member, residents become eligible for the JobsPLUS Earned Income Disregard (JPEID) for the entire time they are working and enrolled in this program!
  • Once a resident becomes a member of the program, they are immediately eligible to the JPEID.
  • Financial coaching and training will be available to all members.  Our JobsPLUS staff is committed to seeing the success of every member! We want to support every resident as they move their way up in the career of their choice and on their way to earning higher wages to become financially independent! Together, we can do it!
