Dave Ouellette Is currently the Health Agent for the Town of Dracut. Dave Ouellette possesses over 10 years of experience in community organizing and management. He is a past President of the Coalition for a Better Acre, a community development corporation dedicated to resident empowerment and sustainable community revitalization for current and future residents of the City of Lowell and the Merrimack Valley. Ouellette is also the founder of the Acre Coalition to Improve Our Neighborhood (A.C.T.I.O.N.), a grassroots community action group whose mission is to strengthen community partnerships and leverage resources to implement community projects to improve the Acre Neighborhood in the City of Lowell.
