Prior to joining the Lowell Housing Authority (LHA), Katie directed marketing and merchandising services for a Domino’s franchise, working closely with community partners across six cities and towns in the Merrimack Valley, and launching four highly successful store grand openings. She began at LHA as the JobsPLUS Program Director, launching a four year, self-sufficiency grant program. At the close of the highly successful program, Katie transitioned to a Director role in the newly created Resident Services Department. Katie is also the President of the Lowell Youth Activities Program (LYAP), a non-profit affiliate of the Lowell Housing Authority, aiding the advancement of Lowell Public Housing and Section 8 youth, and the Co-President of the Non-Profit Alliance of Greater Lowell (NPA), which strives to build collaboration and strengthen the influence and impact of community-based organizations. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Merchandising & Retail Management from LIM College.
