The Lowell Housing Authority's Leasing & Occupancy Office has a new location!
As of October 30th, the office has relocated from 89 Appleton Street to 21 Salem Street, within the Armand P. Mercier Community Center.

You can now find LHA staff at their new address:

The office hours remain the same:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
