Kiss Quick serves as a State Self-Sufficiency Coordinator and State Resident Service Coordinator at the Lowell Housing Authority. With a strong foundation in public health, Kiss is dedicated to empowering residents through resource coordination and sustainable path-to-success strategies.
A proud, former recipient of the LYAP Scholarship, Kiss holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health. Committed to lifelong learning and data-driven advocacy, Kiss is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) specializing in the Epidemiology track. Her work is defined by a passion for health equity and improving the quality of life for all Lowell Housing Authority residents.
