If your housing unit requires any kind of maintenance, please contact us at the number listed below for your development. (For emergencies occurring after office hours, please call the maintenance office number for your development shown below). Kindly give the operator your name, address, apartment number and telephone number, and the nature of service required. If your problem has not been addressed, please repeat the call the following business day.
In general, the upkeep of your apartment is your responsibility. The repairs to the structure or equipment are our responsibility. If the repairs are due to normal wear and tear, we take care of the cost. If they are caused by negligence, accident, or carelessness on your part, or a member of your household or guests, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL COST OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR REPAIRS..
