The Division of Leased Housing Programs administers leased housing programs that are funded through the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development. Division of leased housing programs include housing choice vouchers in federally supported housing and state housing vouchers through the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program, and the Lowell Rental Assistance Fund Program. Eligibility is based on specific program criteria and program regulations.
