All bids submitted on October 18, 2019 for the Highland Parkway HVAC & Cupola Renovations have been rejected and The Lowell Housing Authority re-invites bids from qualified vendors interested in providing HIGHLAND PARKWAY HVAC RENOVATIONS, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).  A contract will be awarded to the responsive and eligible bidder offering the lowest bid price.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 2:00 PM.  Interested bidders shall meet at 580 Chelmsford Street.

The IFB is available by visiting projectdog.com Project Code #836090 as of December 18, 2019.  Filed Sub-Bids are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 on or before 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 7, 2020 and General Contractor Bids are due on or before 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 21, 2020 when bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149.  Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.
