IFB 2020-12, CO/SMOKE ALARM INSTALLATION

The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from General Contractors for the installation of CO/Smoke Alarm system for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the IFB documents.

The Project consists of: labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to furnish completely and install Carbon Monoxide Detectors as specified. The work is estimated to cost $68,528.70.

A contract shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149, to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price.
