The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified vendors interested in providing cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of surface areas in various LHA properties. LHA manages various properties throughout the City of Lowell. Some of these properties have community rooms, stairwells, elevators, offices and other publicly used spaces.
