The Lowell Housing Authority invites bids from qualified Contractors interested in providing MERCIER CENTER EXTERIOR BUILDING REHABILITATION in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 10:00 AM.  Interested bidders shall meet at 21 Salem Street.

IFB # 2020-4 Is available by visiting www.projectdog.com, Project Code #836272 as of January 8, 2020.  Bids are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Department of Finance and Procurement, 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01853 by 9:00 AM on Friday, February 7, 2020 when bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.
