IFB 2020-5, South Common Village Site Improvements

The Lowell Housing Authority invites bids from qualified Contractors interested in providing SOUTH COMMON VILLAGE SITE IMPROVEMENTS in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 10:00 AM.  Interested bidders shall meet at 21 Salem Street.

IFB # 2020-5 Is available by visiting www.projectdog.com, Project Code #836273 as of January 8, 2020.  Bids are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Department of Finance and Procurement, 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01853 by 11:00 AM on Friday, February 7, 2020 when bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.
