The Lowell Housing Authority invites bids from qualified vendors interested in providing Cabinets & Countertops as needed, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).  An initial one-year contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest bid price. Contract may be extended for one additional one-year period.

The IFB is available by emailing [email protected] as of January 27, 2020 and requesting IFB #2020-8.  Bids from all vendors are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 on or before 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 when bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B.  Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.
