The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from General Contractors for the demolition of two buildings for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the IFB documents.

The Project consists of: labor, materials, and equipment to raze both buildings, removal all debris and materials at the site (in relation to the demolition and the site’s prior use), and secure. The work is estimated to cost $70,000.00.
