The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for the replacement of the elevators at 145 & 183 Gorham Street at the South Common Village for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by TBA Architects, Inc.

Pre-Bid Site Visit:  March 28, 2024 @ 10:00 AM. Interested Contractors should meet at 183 Gorham Street, Lowell, MA 01852.
