Pre-Bid Site Visit: A pre-bid site visit shall take place on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at 681 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA 01854.

Deadline to submit written questions: Friday, May 5, 2023, by 3:00 PM. The Lowell Housing Authority has identified a sole point of contact with bidders for the purpose of this QSP. Any attempt to contact any other LHA employee or to circumvent these procedures in any manner may be grounds for disqualification of the bidder from the procurement process.
