The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking quotes from bidders interested in providing natural gas line surveys as defined in 49 C.F.R. Part 191 and Part 192; §192.723 leakage surveys. Bidder will be required to provide natural gas line surveys in accordance with federal and state safety regulations at the authority’s Faulkner Street Apartments.
