The Lowell Housing Authority (the Authority) is seeking proposals for Civil Engineering and Design Services for the upgrades and improvements of the back patio area of Cityview Towers located at 657 Merrimack Street.  This project shall be in compliance with safety and code requirements and in support of the anticipated HUD Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspections.  It is our intent to award a contract to one experienced design firm.
