The Lowell Housing Authority seeks a qualified, registered/licensed and insured geotechnical engineer to provide an independent geothermal feasibility building site study in the Lowell Housing Authority “Merrimack Street Corridor, which is in the vicinity of Decatur, Merrimack and Salem Streets with a radius of up to ½ mile of the area and toward the University of Massachusetts-Lowell South Campus geothermal borehole sites, including the main borehole at Broadway and Wilder Streets (42.642341, -71.332438).
BID DUE DATE EXTENDED TO JUNE 4, 2024.
Site Visit: A visit of the site will take place on May 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at the Mercier Center located at 21 Salem Street.
