The Lowell Housing Authority invites proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing Telephone Answering Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP is available by emailing [email protected] as of March 20, 2020 and requesting RFP #2020-1.

Proposals from all vendors are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 on or before 11:00 AM on Monday, April 13, 2020.
