The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) seeks the services of a qualified Payroll/HR Services provider with expertise in outsourced payroll processing and related payroll services to successfully provide these services to meet the payroll, time management, human resource and general ledger needs of LHA in the most cost effective and efficient manner possible.
The initial contract term which will include implementation and required services shall be three years with LHA’s sole option to renew for two additional one-year contract terms. LHA expects the winning proposer to implement and deliver payroll process and time management service no later than the first weekly payroll of October 2022. Any contract entered into for an optional period shall be subject to the original contract terms and conditions and the accepted price proposal.
