The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) is seeking proposals from parties interested in offering real estate property for use as office space to house its Leasing and Occupancy Department. This space will be used for its daily operations with residents and applicants who customarily visit and require services. Proposers may offer more than one property they feel meets or exceeds the requirements set forth in this RFP.
