The Lowell Housing Authority (“LHA”) seeks a qualified, registered/licensed, and insured designer to provide engineering services for the replacement of leaking/failing sewer and domestic water lines, and related broken shut off valves, within the crawl spaces of the following buildings: 360-362 Adams St., 374-380 Adams St., 598 – 606 Market Street, and 638- 642 Market St. (within the North Common Village, Lowell, MA). The scope of the work is to include replacing domestic water lines between these buildings. Engineering is also to include Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) systems within the crawls spaces and all related or impacted electrical components.
