All bids received on January 21, 2020 have been rejected and The Lowell Housing Authority re-invites bids from qualified vendors interested in providing CENTRALVILLE GARDENS ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).  A contract will be awarded to the responsive and eligible bidder offering the lowest bid price.

A pre-bid walk through will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Centralville Gardens, 111 Hildreth Street, Lowell MA 01854.

The IFB is available by visiting projectdog.com Project Code #836597 as of January 29, 2020.  Filed Sub-Bids are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 on or before 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 18, 2020 and General Contractor Bids are due on or before 11:00 AM Friday, February 28, 2020 when bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.
