The Lowell Housing Authority invites bids from qualified contractors interested in providing LAKEVIEW AVE ROOF REPLACEMENT FISH #160091, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).  A contract will be awarded to the responsive and eligible bidder offering the lowest bid price.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM.  Interested bidders shall meet at 572-610 Lakeview Avenue, Lowell, MA.

The IFB is available by visiting projectdog.com Project Code #836362 as of February 5, 2020.  Bids are due at the Lowell Housing Authority’s Department of Finance and Procurement located at 350 Moody Street, on or before 1:00 PM, Friday, February 21, 2020 when bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.
