The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Dublin Street (705-2) for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Next Phase Studios, Inc.. The Project consists of: Kitchen and bathroom upgrades (new cabinets, counters, fixtures, electrical updates), selective door
replacement, exterior improvements (asphalt paving repairs, ADA concrete ramp and railing repairs, selective fence replacement), renovation of existing ADA unit to make it fully accessible (kitchen & bath upgrades). The work is estimated to cost $ 305,567.00.
