The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the 689 Community Residence Development for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Architectural Consulting Services, LLC.
The Project consists of: Removal of existing bathtub and installation of a new shower unit with associated plumbing, accessories, etc. Installation of new window unit and new exhaust fan.
The work is estimated to cost $12,435.00. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149§§26 to 27H inclusive.
