No bids were received July 12, 2021; therefore, The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, re-invite sealed bids from Contractors for Fire Alarm Services at
multiple locations for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority.

The Project consists of: annual inspections of fire alarm control panel systems and repairs on an as needed basis. The work is estimated to cost $42,220.00 for the initial one-year contract period.
