The Lowell Housing Authority seeks landscape professionals to provide the work listed below(pictures of property are attached):

1. Strip approximately 64’ x 38’ of earth, 6” deep, removing all roots
2. 2’ x 2’ x 6” deep three-quarter inch stone drip edge is to be installed along the building (approximately 160 lf.)
3. Earth should then be recompacted where disturbed, loamed 6” with clean material and seeded with Lesco Double Eagle Premium Turf Seed Blend or equal, upon completion of all tasks.
4. Landscaper shall care for the grass, watering as needed until established.
5. Any site disturbed by this work is to be compacted, loamed and seeded in kind to the new work installed
