The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for Phase II Electrical Upgrades at the South Common Village for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BLW Engineers, Inc.
The Project consists of: replacing all distribution boards, load centers and associated work in six buildings. The work is estimated to cost $1,467,018.61.
