Architect and Engineer (A&E) design contractor (“Designer”) architectural drawings and specifications are partially based upon the scope of work defined on the accompanying documents. As required by the documents, Designer will provide the following categories of services; develop and maintain estimates of probable construction cost, project schedules, detail construction schedules, Schematic Design, Construction Documents and Construction Administration services. Site visits will be required at rough openings and finish to make sure windows are installed per manufactures installation instructions, include but not limited to fire blocking, insulation, sealing, etc.
