The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Pavement Replacement & Site Improvements, DHCD # 160102, IFB 2021-18 project for the Walker Street 705-03
Development for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Allen & Major Associates, Inc.
The Project consists of: Removing and reconstructing bituminous parking lot and sidewalk. Construct concrete dumpster pad, install bollards, site grading, removing existing chain link fence, install new 6’ high wooden
shadowbox fence. Pavement markings, loam and seed, clean catch basin and drainage pipe, precast concrete curb, and other misc. site improvements. Alternate #1: Construct concrete patio pad. See Summary of Work

The work is estimated to cost $ 78,300 (includes alternate)
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 §39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
General Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday December 8, 2021 and publicly opened, forthwith.
