The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites quotes from Contractors for the Landscaping and Drainage at 102-104 Grand Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Architectural Consulting Services, LLC.

The Project consists of: site drainage, rough grade to prep for loam and seed.
The work is estimated to cost $6,905.58.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Quotes will be received until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
