The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from vendors to provide vehicle insurance for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority.
