The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for Moody Street Maintenance Entry Enhancements for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents.

The Project consists of: Reconfiguration of existing entry into City View Towers Maintenance Garage on Moody Street to include stairs, switch back ramp, and mechanical lift.

The work is estimated to cost $234,565.00.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 30, §39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive, Davis Bacon Wage Determination for Building Construction (MA1), 40 U.S.C. 276, 29 C.F.R. 1.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on May 31, 2022 @ 10:00 AM. Interested Contractors shall meet at 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854.
The IFB is available to download at www.lhma.org/bids as of May 18, 2022. Bids are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 by 11:00 AM on June 28, 2022.
