The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for the Stackpole St. Window Replacement, Phase I for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents. The Project consists of: replacement of approximately 84 windows at Concord River Mill.
The work is estimated to cost $280,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive, Davis Bacon Wage Determination for Residential Construction (MA4), 40 U.S.C. 276, 29 C.F.R. 1. A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on May 17, 2022 @ 10:00 AM. Interested Contractors shall meet at 50 Stackpole Street, Lowell, MA 01852.
The IFB is available to download at www.lhma.org/bids as of May 11, 2022. Bids are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 by 11:00 AM on June 10, 2022.
