All bids received on March 7, 2023 have been rejected. The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, re-invite sealed bids from vendors to supply window and screen supplies on an as needed basis for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority.

An initial one-year contract shall be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total bid price for all items. LHA reserves its sole option to renew this contract for two additional one-year contact periods. Bids will be received until April 6, 2023, by 11:00 AM.
