The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Vendors for the Lease of Rooftop Space for Cell Phone Wireless Transmitters for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Lowell Housing Authority.
The Project consists of in general but is not limited to: the lease of a portion of four (4) sites for the sitting, operation and maintenance of one or more wireless communications facilities for a period of five years with a five year extension contingent upon HUD approval.
General Bids will be received until Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM and publicly opened, forthwith.
All Bids should be clearly labeled and sent to: Lowell Housing Authority, 350 Moody St., Lowell, MA 01854 Attn: Dept. of Finance & Procurement, and received no later than the date and time specified above and should remain valid for forty-five (45) days from bid opening.
