Testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) air distribution of new HVAC split system installed at the Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) Multi-Purpose Building, 580 Chelmsford Street, Lowell,MA under supervision of the LHA and its project designer, Watermark Environmental, Inc. ofLowell, MA. This project is a ground-level system replacing the original roof-top units that are now removed. TAB Services are to be performed sometime in August 2020 depending upon actual projectsubstantial completion date.
