The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from qualified contractors interested in providing and installing window shades in it’s Community Rooms agencywide. There are approximately 12 rooms with multiple windows that will require the removal of existing shades and theinstallation of new manual clutch shades.Shades offered by the bidder shall be manual shades with the following features:

• • • Vertical Roll Down Blinds
    • Manual Clutch System
    • Front Fascia of 3”
    • Metal bead chains
    • Fabric shall be Antimicrobial, antibacterial and antifungal and meets ASTM G21 and ASTM E2180 test methods
    • Available in a variety of colors (color to TBD at time of contract award)
    • Openness factor of 10%.
