The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from qualified contractors interested in the removal and proper disposal of approximately 40 ft. of asbestos duct insulation in the boiler room at Francis Gatehouse. Asbestos testing and monitoring are performed by others who are contracted by LHA. Work under this contract is for the abatement of asbestos only.
